Mechanical screening is vital as the initial primary step of the Industrial process in treating wastewater.

We supply Fine Screens for separation of suspended material. The gap specification is dependent on the industry flowrate and solids loading in the influent.

It is the goal to separate floating, settling and suspended material, depending on the gap spacing, and remove the material prior to discharging it into a container.

Some of our Screens have an integral compactor to dry the solids further before discharging to the holding vessel.

Coarse material has to be removed in order to protect the subsequent steps down stream against damage/pollution loading or to relieve them in order to function as designed.
