Also known as Battery Acid, Sulphuric Acid is diluted with water to attain a wide range of concentration levels under 50%.  It serves as the electrolyte in lead-acid batteries, is a key ingredient in industrial cleaning agents or household drain cleaners and is used for pH correction in industrial applications.
