Sludge Thickening

Are you looking to thicken your existing sludge so that it is still possible to pump to a storage vessel or tanker?

Sludges of a solid content of <=1% can be thickened to 8% to 10%.

Similar to dewatering except there is no compression of solids. The flocculant dosing stage is still an integral part of the thickening stage. The solids are then conveyed allowing the liquid phase to be removed along the path prior to the discharge zone where the solids are pumped to a storage vessel or tanker.
